I liked when we went into the breakout groups the most since we were able to discuss what we learned and how to apply what we learned. I learned different things like phases of resilience, the importance of taking action, the 6 human needs, mindfulness vs mindlessness and the relationship between goal-setting and resilience. I’ve definitely taken more action with short-term goals and have been more proactive and patient with myself
